1. Who We Are

HiveWorks LLC ("HiveWorks," "we," "us") is an Arizona limited liability company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We operate gethiveworks.com and offer three kinds of services:

• Data Licensing. We help businesses learn whether their historical business records may be licensed to AI developers and AI data companies, and we bring qualified businesses to prospective buyers.
• Referral Partner Program. Partners introduce business owners who may be a fit and may earn payouts under a written partner agreement.
• Business Automation Services. Scheduling, client messaging, voice and chat agents, review management, social media automation and reporting for small businesses.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us.

• Contact Information: name, title, company name, email, phone number, website and address.
• Business Qualification Information: industry, country and state, business status, number of employees, years of digital records, the systems your business uses, franchise status and who can sign for the company.
• Referral Partner Information: your contact details, how you know business owners, your referral code, and details about businesses you introduce, such as the business name and the owner's name and email.
• Business Information: descriptions of your data, such as the types of systems, volume and years. We don't ask for or accept your records, samples or files.
• Communications: emails, texts, chat messages, and call recordings and transcripts when you speak with us or our AI assistants.
• Consent Records: the opt-in language you agreed to, the date and time, and the page you agreed on.
• Account Information: for automation clients, information needed to set up and run your services, which may include login credentials and business financial information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, time spent on forms, referring and exit pages, referral link codes, and dates and times of visits. We use cookies and similar tools for site function, preferences, security and analytics.

3. How We Use Information

• Review your submission and decide whether your business may qualify.
• Understand what data your business has and estimate its potential value.
• Present a summary of your business to prospective buyers you approve.
• Schedule calls, send reminders and keep you updated.
• Run the referral partner program, credit referrals and process payouts.
• Provide, support and improve our services and website.
• Send marketing messages if you opted in, including about other HiveWorks services.
• Keep records of consent, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
• Process opt-outs and cancellation requests.

4. AI Tools

We use artificial intelligence tools, including services from third-party AI providers, to help review submissions, assess fit, draft messages and power AI voice and chat assistants. Information you submit or share in conversations with us may be processed by these providers to deliver those functions. We send them only what is needed for the task. AI-generated assessments are reviewed by our team before any decision about working together.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share information only as described below.

• Prospective Buyers, Only With Your Approval. With your written approval, we may share a summary of your business with buyers you approve. HiveWorks does not receive or store your business data. If you license it, it goes directly from you to the buyer under a signed agreement, and the buyer is responsible for de-identifying it where required.
• Service Providers. Companies that help us operate, such as our CRM and communications platform (GoHighLevel), website hosting, email and phone services, payment processing and AI providers. They may use information only to perform services for us.
• Referral Partners. If a partner introduced you, we may tell that partner the general status of your referral, such as whether you qualified or signed. We do not share your business data with partners.
• Legal and Safety. When required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of HiveWorks, our users or others.
• Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

HiveWorks may receive fees from buyers in connection with a license. Any such fees are disclosed to you in writing before you accept an offer.

6. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you opt in, HiveWorks LLC may text the number you provide. We collect your phone number, your consent choices (the wording shown, date and time, page address and device information), the messages we send and receive, delivery status, and opt-outs. We use them to send and manage the messages you asked for, keep proof of consent, honor opt-outs and comply with law.

We do not share, sell, rent or disclose mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data or consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers that help us send and manage messages (such as our messaging platform and carriers), or when the law requires. Text-message opt-in data is never included in anything we give to prospective buyers.

You choose two separate message types: non-marketing and marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of working with HiveWorks. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE, or revoke by any reasonable means. Reply HELP or email support@gethiveworks.com for help. We keep consent and opt-out records as long as needed to prove consent and as the law requires.

7. Calls

If you consent, we may call you using automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voice, or an AI voice assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training of our team and record keeping, and we will tell you at the start of a recorded call. You can ask us to stop calling at any time, by any reasonable means.

8. Marketing and Other Services

If you opted in to marketing messages, we may contact you about other HiveWorks services, such as business automation. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP or by any other reasonable means (such as emailing support@gethiveworks.com or telling us on a call), and out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of marketing does not stop non-marketing messages about a service you requested, unless you opt out of those too.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Retention and Security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including to keep consent and transaction records, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption of form submissions in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Location

Information may be stored and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

12. Children

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-Party Sites

Our website may link to other websites. This policy does not cover them, so please review their privacy policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. If changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
